Built as apartments in the 1960s, Fidelity Court was incorporated as the Fidelity Unit Ownership Association in 1982. FC is composed of six buildings with 72 units and one association-owned rental unit.

Units are 1,050 square feet with hardwood floors throughout. Many units are upgraded with new kitchens and bathrooms, and with energy efficient heat pumps and stacked washer/dryers (in a downstairs closet or under the stairwell storage area). Our entire complex has long-lasting, heat reflecting metal roofing.
